I have Mentor Smooth implants, 275 cc in each side, and it’s day 6!! The swelling is going down differently on each side, so right now my right breast is larger than my left breast. Before surgery, they said they would design with 275 and 300 and use the size that fit my body type, but when I asked after it was over, it turned out they had used 275. I was secretly hoping for 300... I hope the upper fullness disappears soon. For now, the shape still seems unnatural...
