- As the swelling went down, the actual size decreased, but since the swelling from below the collarbone went down, my breasts actually look a bit more projected, so I don't really feel like they got smaller. It seems like less fat was lost than I expected and only the swelling went down, so I'm relieved. Still, I think I should make sure to eat three proper meals a day for three months.
- When I touch them, they feel firm, and the lumpy areas have gone away, so they're soft and just feel like my own breasts. (After surgery, my nipples had a tingling/numb sensation, and although it's mostly gone) I still feel a very slight tingling when applying lotion.
- For now, I only run carefully when the traffic light is blinking and I'm not doing any exercise at all except walking. The swelling has all gone down, and the pain or uncomfortable feeling has disappeared, so it's very comfortable. I think it became like that after around week 2. Ah! I went for CAPS care in week 2, and it took longer than I expected (about 40 minutes), so I slept well and came back lol. I'm going to get my second CAPS session next week.
