Before/after: I had the hump smoothed down and the nasal tip raised using postauricular fascia (+ osteotomy because my nasal bones were wide) Until day 3, my nose and ear hurt a bit, but they’re okay now I’m satisfied because the shape came out naturally glamorous, just as I wanted haha I hope the swelling goes down quickly and it gets even prettier ^^
