My original nose was a low nasal bridge + short nose, so I didn't want to raise it excessively. Somewhere between natural beauty and naturally glamorous?? My septal cartilage and ear cartilage were small in size too, so I just used a mix of different materials, and since I didn't want to use donated rib cartilage, even though it was my first surgery, I had no choice but to use my own autologous costal cartilage.. I've lived my whole life without rhinitis and with air passing through perfectly, but now that my nose is blocked, I feel like I'm dying Still, please please, I hope it turned out well without any problems
