As someone who went through a mentally rough period after getting Nosebeam, I’m just writing this once. I’m too lazy to upload photos (thank you to everyone in the community who comforted me back then).
I didn’t have any severe complex in particular, but I just wanted to improve my drooping nasal tip. Not a bulbous nose, skin not especially thin or thick, wanted a very, very natural look.
When I read other reviews, there are many posts saying people were satisfied at first but became dissatisfied after just a week (saying it went back). For me, it was the opposite: I was extremely dissatisfied at first, then gradually became satisfied. At first, it felt too overcorrected, like my nose had gotten longer, looked pinched, looked like something was showing through, felt throbbing, and so on. It was incredibly stressful. I had emphasized that I wanted it natural, but it had become too high. I didn’t even know that was swelling, and even though I heard it would be absorbed, I felt like I would be the only one it wouldn’t absorb in.
But that lasted exactly one month. Up to one month, it was a bit unnatural, but around two months, it became almost identical to my original nose. But the side profile was slightly corrected. It was exactly the correction I wanted.
It’s been about 7 months now lololololol and I still feel like the Megaderm is being absorbed lolololol I wish it would stop absorbing now^^ lolol My nose is gradually getting lower. Of course, it’s not a droopy nose like before. But seriously, how long is it going to keep absorbing lololol
It doesn’t look at all like I had nose surgery, and there’s almost no discomfort.
Personally, I think Nosebeam is for people like this: people who want a natural look, people who only want slight correction, people who want it raised just a little, people whose skin is not too thick, people whose skin is not too thin (apparently there can be show-through), people who like their front view but feel their side profile is lacking.
The nasal bridge absolutely does not get higher. There is an effect where the nasal tip rises and makes it look slightly higher, but you shouldn’t expect a dramatic effect!
I had 6 mm inserted and only had the cartilage tied.
Ah, but there are all kinds of side effects, like a pinched-nose side effect, show-through side effect, side effects from Megaderm not suiting you, a side effect where the nose looks longer, and more, so make sure to look into it in detail before deciding!!!! Even if it’s a simple surgery, surgery is still surgery It may have just been a surgery that suited me well.
