It's a third revision rhinoplasty,, and I think I need to make a decision now
At ㄹㅂㄹ, they said I don't need nostril lowering and that just columella correction should be enough
At ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, they said I should do nostril lowering
I like both, and the prices are similar too,, where should I decide on..? From my point of view, I didn't think my nostrils looked large, but now that they pointed it out, it feels like my nostrils are really bothering me.. I originally had a bulbous nose, and they said if I do nostril lowering for no reason, the front view could look blunt, so that bothers me too.. My nose itself has tough skin, so it can't be raised much, and you can think of it as a firm nose. Please give me your opinions Oh, and.. after the first surgery, my nostrils weren't visible, but they started showing after the second surgery!!
