It’s been about 5 years, but after surgery, there was discharge from my nipples for about 6 months. My bra was always wet; so I scratched in my sleep and ended up with scars, you know? The scarring was pretty bad (I just lived without paying attention to it;;), but since last winter, I’ve been applying body lotion every day and the scars have improved.
I wasn’t in Korea at the time, so I only went back and forth with the consultant manager over KakaoTalk, and I think they told me to apply antibiotic ointment. It was a transaxillary incision, so why was there discharge from the nipples?.. If anyone here knows, please tell me
For me, among surgeries, breast surgery was the most painful. I don’t know if it was because of the general anesthesia, but my stamina was so low I almost collapsed, and I had an allergic reaction, so the whole area around my breasts was itchy. But this was from that capsular contracture prevention medication? that they tell you to take after surgery, you know? I don’t remember the name, but after changing the medication, the itchiness got better…. Could the nipple discharge have been because of the medication too?
