Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

6-month review of 3-type facial contouring / chin advancement / jaw muscle resection at Bondi

Before-before-after-after My face shape was kind of fish-like? A face shape that looked a bit stuffy and blank. I had a bit of a U-shaped line and a retruded chin, and my cheekbones were not pretty either... I begged and begged my mom and got permission for surgery, then broke into the savings account I'd been building up and had the surgery, trusting the director. I had the 3-type contouring / chin advancement together with jaw muscle resection, and when I opened my eyes, my face was covered in tape, and I was even wearing a compression band, so it felt so stuffy... There was some pain too. I'm originally the type who feels stuffiness on my face very easily. Since my goal was to reduce swelling quickly, in the early stage I paid a lot of attention to cold and warm compresses, drank swelling-reducing tea constantly, and also went for walks twice a day for 2 hours each. When they said I could do sweat-inducing exercise, I signed up for PT and did weights and cardio hard. Once I did exercise that made me sweat, maybe because my blood circulation improved, it felt like the swelling was going down noticeably fast. For my face shape, I asked for the cheekbones to go in while giving a slight V-line feel, and I like that it has turned out exactly like that now. The retruded-chin feeling is gone too. In conclusion, I think it turned out naturally well.
