Before <before unlimited thigh LAMS> After <after unlimited thigh LAMS> I have only been looking around every day, and this is my first time writing a post hehe. As I hit the highest weight I had ever seen in my life, I was only resolving again, wow, I really need to lose weight, and then I found out about a procedure called LAMS. Even before I gained weight, I was the type with a lot of fat in my lower body, so my lower body had always been a concern. I thought about lower-body fat extraction and decided to do it!!! I had it done in mid-March, and I think about two months have passed. Usually I am trying to go to Pilates about 2-3 times a week, and sometimes I go once too hahaha. Whenever I have time, I am also trying to go hiking. I like drinking so much that quitting is really hard
Originally my thigh circumference was 70.5 cm and I weighed about 73 kg, but now my thigh circumference is 66.5 cm. Totally amazing.. When I weighed myself in the morning, I was about 68 kg..ha.. I need to work harder to lose more... They said the results show 100% around 6 months after the procedure, so I am really looking forward to it.
Please look at how the inner thighs and saddlebags are gone. I am so happyyyy hahaha
