After-after-after-after-after, hello everyone~ I came with a review of my eye revision surgery:) I had the surgery last Saturday, so today is day 3!-! It may be a little early, but I already like it so much that I wanted to leave a review
I had my first surgery 10 years ago, but recently one eye loosened, so I had to do it again. The reason I chose this hospital is that I visited five hospitals, and among them the manager's and director's consultations were not excessive, and they explained only what was necessary, which I liked. The after-service period is long, there are no extra costs, aftercare is available, CCTV viewing is possible, and there is no separate viewing fee either!
The after-service period is usually one year, and from the reviews I saw, there were hospitals where aftercare was not handled well, and some hospitals were also not happy about CCTV viewing and fees or charged quite a lot for viewing, right? But this hospital gave me the feeling that they truly treat customers sincerely, rather than seeing them as money, so I chose it~
On the day of surgery, after arriving at the hospital, I almost immediately changed into a surgical gown, washed my face, took photos, and then with the director we set the design, which I think took about 30 minutes?
They listened to all of my opinions and carefully finalized the line, and when I mentioned any worries or questions, they told me to ask anything. So when I said my biggest concerns were scars, swelling, and bruising, they said they would do their best to minimize scars and swelling, and that bruising might happen because I naturally bruise easily!
After the design consultation with the director, I waited a little and then went straight to the operating room! I lay down on the operating table and apparently my expression looked like someone who was extremely nervous,,, (I was actually very nervous-;) A nurse asked, “Are you nervous? Don’t be too nervous~ It’ll be over quickly!” and hearing that made me feel so relieved After the basic prep was done, the director came in and said, “Are you nervous? Don’t be too nervous~ I’ll take good care of you.” and then I heard that the anesthesia would go in and I’d get sleepy in 1 to 2 minutes, and I think I fell asleep then
When I had my first surgery, because I was doing same-day consultation + same-day surgery at a hospital a friend recommended, I didn’t feel nervous or shaky at all, but as time passed and I kept looking things up, I gradually got more nervous. Still, it really felt like every staff member was trying to ease my nerves, so I was very grateful
And when I had my first surgery, I was under the anesthesia medicine and felt like I was on a roller coaster, so I made weird noises with my mouth. This time I didn’t make weird noises, but while sleeping I think I was snoring, so I felt embarrassed for a moment-; I heard the snoring in my own ears and thought, huh? I need to wake up.
After the surgery, the director told me to open my eyes, I did, and they said the surgery went well. When I woke up, they showed me everything they had removed from the fixation threads? So fascinating!!! A nurse took me to the recovery room, covered me with a blanket, and put an ice pack on my eyes~ Her tone was seriously so sweet!
After the surgery, I sent photos to people I know nearby, and they all said that even on the first day there was no swelling and the line came out so beautifully, so I was really happy
Ah, and I said I bruise easily, right? But so far there are no noticeable bruises,,,, so amazing It hasn’t even been a week yet, so it may seem like I’m getting ahead of myself, but as the swelling goes down, the line looks even prettier, so I’m really curious about how it will look in a month!!!!!
And because I keep checking my eyes all the time, I started wondering about a few things, so I sent photos and my questions to the manager, and the feedback came back really fast? They also said to contact them again if I had any more questions, and I was so grateful
Once all the swelling goes down and the line settles, I’ll come back and leave another review~ Thanks for reading such a long post
