My nose wasn’t on the low side, but I had a hump, so while shaving it down they worked on the tip too. They said osteotomy didn’t seem absolutely necessary and was optional, so I didn’t do it. But after surgery, from the front it looks flat, and when viewed head-on it feels like my nasal bridge disappeared? My image changed to something slightly dumb-looking… I’m really torn about whether to do only nasal osteotomy separately, but when I think about the swelling and bruising from the first surgery, I don’t want to do it again.. Even if I only do osteotomy, the swelling and bruising will probably be similar, right…
