A lot of people say in reviews that the director is cold, but maybe our personalities are similar, because I found him so, so fun, and I liked him so much that I wanted to keep visiting the clinic just to see him. He is firm, but it is not like he does not listen to me. He listens to everything, and beneath that blunt manner, he is a very warm person. Even after surgery, he took care of me like a dad hahaha It was my first time under general anesthesia, so I asked what the order was He explained every single thing in detail: first I would get two injections in the buttocks, then an IV in my hand, then anesthesia, then I would walk into the operating room on my own feet, receive sleep anesthesia, and then they would begin properly Isn't he cute..?
The anesthesiology director was also extremely kind-looking, and before surgery I was so nervous that my body was stiff, but while talking with the anesthesiology director, I think I relaxed a bit!!! He has such a good impression.. The consultant was also very kind and kept taking care of me from before surgery until after. Because I kept saying I was in a rush, even though it was not the original surgery date, everyone went out of their way to fit me in.. Anyway, there are lots of things I am thankful for
Anyway, I got anesthesia while nervous, went into the operating table and lay down, and they tied my hair, but after that I do not remember anything. When I woke up, it was over. After it ended, I felt nauseous and dizzy, and rather than pain, it felt like poor condition after heavy drinking + a severe sore throat/cold Something like that?? While recovering, I just kept looking at my face and laughing because it was funny, so during my hospital stay I kept laughing and talking with the teachers too.
At first, because of the anesthesia, I had no sensation in my lips, so the director pressed my lips with his hand and said, If it hurts, tell me quickly!!!! Quickly!!!!!! Why are you not acting like it hurts!!!!! So I said, I can't feel anything.. And he said, Yep, it will come back, then just walked out quickly
Then he came back in and said, If it hurts, tell me quickly, hurry!!! I said tell me if it hurts!! and pinched my lip again. When I said, It hurts.. he slapped my forehead with his palm, said okay, and left.
It was really so funny, comfortable, and fun. There were so many funny moments with the director starting from the consultation
Anyway, as time passed, sensation in my face came back and my condition improved, so I ate sweet pumpkin porridge and ice cream, and after 3-4 hours I was discharged and came home by myself. Right before surgery at the hospital, I thought, still, this is a major surgery where they shave bone, did I take it too lightly, should I have called a friend? But the hospital staff took such good care of me, and now that I came home, slept for a bit, and woke up, other than muscle pain? around my neck and not being able to open my mouth, there is no major pain and my condition is good.. I really need the swelling to go down fast, so maybe that is why the directors paid a lot of attention to swelling and did the surgery well, and there is less swelling than I expected..ㅇㅂㅇ
