I went to three clinics in Gangnam, and this is just my personal impression, but I think places that say they use donated costal cartilage from the first surgery tend to lack skill. It feels like they recommend donated costal cartilage first without thinking about what happens to the patient afterward because they do not have the skill to harvest autologous costal cartilage within the allotted time.
