It's run like a factory, so there are tons of people and quite a bit of waiting. When they just ask at the counter which area you mainly want treated, I say the lower face and go straight to get the numbing cream lol It's good for going often because it's cheap. It seems like whichever doctors have time at the moment do it. I'm on my 3rd session, and compared with before, I can visibly see my lower face has become slimmer, so I'm satisfied!
