I had alar reduction, osteotomy, and nostril lowering. Originally, I was only going to do the nasal tip (ear cartilage) here, but they suggested silicone too, so I did it. As for the shape itself, I’m completely satisfied with the front view. The problem is that the nasal tip cartilage shows through in a round shape (my skin is thin), and because silicone is inside, the psychological burden is making it so hard for me. I had surgery on 1/9, and on 6/25 it will be 6 months. At this point, would it be right to just have removal surgery? It’s so, so mentally hard.
