Lump after forehead fat grafting

In 2020, I had fat grafting to my forehead and temples, and I was totally fine for a long time, but recently I started feeling something like a lump on my forehead, and on bad days it would swell and hurt too. I couldn’t leave it like that, so I went to the hospital, and they said it was unclear whether it was calcification or not. For now, the hospital told me to take medication and monitor the progress, so I took the medicine and went back a month later, but the lump was still there. They said let’s try a very, very weak injection, so I got it, but the injected area became slightly sunken The lump got smaller, but a little remains I’m scared it might sink in more, so I can’t go back to the hospital If you look at the photo, can you subtly see that it’s sunken above my right eyebrow?
