I had epicanthoplasty done together when I got double eyelid surgery, but it seemed to revert, so I had revision surgery only for the epicanthoplasty again. After that, the aegyo-sal I originally had doesn’t form well, and when I stop smiling with my eyes, wrinkles appear near the inner corners of my eyes. Most of all, like in the photo, I’m not sure if it’s dark circles? or under-eye fat? The area under my eyes has turned completely dark like that What on earth is this, and how can I make it go away..
