After<surgery after>After<surgery after>Before<surgery before>Before<surgery before>I had my first nose surgery 3 years ago, but as time passed, the nasal tip sank and the silicone started showing through, which stressed me out so much. A friend recommended it, so I had a consultation with Director Park Gwi-yong at Finish and got revision rhinoplasty on the earliest possible date. I had silicone inserted into the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage placed in the nasal tip, and the line came out exactly as I had told the director I wanted. My short nose also became longer, and most of all, I’m most satisfied that my upturned nose and bulbous nose are gone. (For the first surgery, I used donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage!!) It has now been a little over a week, and I’m happy because I think the surgery was a great success. Since my nose line changed, the overall impression of my face changed too haha
