It is for revision rhinoplasty, and I have consultations booked at Mighty, Louvre, and JT, places that handle autologous costal cartilage well, so I am waiting for the consultations. If I say during the consultation that I am considering autologous costal cartilage as the material, will they usually do it with autologous costal cartilage?? What should I do if they say there is no need to use it? Should I insist?
