It’s been 2 weeks since surgery, and the materials were silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and because I had a bulbous nose, they removed tissue from the nasal tip!
As expected, time really is the medicine; I can see the swelling going down little by little...
And no matter what happens, let’s not do anything the hospital tells us not to do...
Around day 10, I was home alone and had to lift something heavy, and when I strained, my nose went zing~ and then felt tight, and one side of the nasal bridge swelled up. I thought it was bleeding, so I pressed it with my hand and did a cold compress, and it went down a bit...
Luckily, the hospital had prescribed extra antibiotics, so I took those and held out until today’s consultation ㅠㅠ
Because one side was swollen, my nose looked crooked too, so I was worried.
But the director felt it and said the nose surgery was done well, that it only looked that way because of swelling, that it was okay, and that it turned out nicely. They also said the progress was very good.
I was seriously panicking, so I kept bothering the consultant on KakaoTalk, but they listened to everything, and the director also explained why it happened, so I really thought the aftercare was great great.
The nose turned out well, but my skin broke out so the photo looks a bit messy; just look at the nose! haha Even to me, it came out prettier than I expected, so these days I spend every day looking in the mirror haha
I hope more swelling goes down soon. (I saved the photos without thinking, so instead of before-after, it became after-before)
