<When looking down><When looking down 2>It’s been over 3 years since I had incisional double-eyelid surgery. How much scarring would you say this is? I really hate how bumpy it is, and I hate that you can immediately tell where the double-eyelid surgery line is. If I’d done the buried-suture method, there probably would’ve been almost no scar, to the point you wouldn’t even be able to find where the double-eyelid line is when my eyes are closed. I’m so bothered by the scar that I feel like I’m going to become mentally unwell over it. Still, I guess it’s a relief that it’s not a stepped scar. The left side in the photo, so my right eye, is worse. (Taken with the rear camera.) I still look in the mirror every day and regret it. Fuck, I should’ve done the buried-suture method.. I wish there were no double-eyelid line at all when I close my eyes. Am I being too greedy?
My line is also too thick, so if I want to lower it, I’d have to do another incisional revision with the two-line method. What should I do?
And why on earth is the skin under my double eyelid red, like blood has pooled there? Is the bruise still not gone?? It’s been 3 years...? It wasn’t like this before the double-eyelid surgery.
