Before before after after after after It’s been almost 4 weeks since I had surgery in early April I’m posting before and after now that the obsessive-anxiety period has passed I had my nose done 3 years ago and it was too natural, so this time I wanted to raise the nasal tip more and make it more glamorous. What do you think? Seriously.. I went to six consultations, and it sounds easy when you say it, but it was so, so, so hard… I kept having reality checks in between.. Usually, when people are dissatisfied because it’s too natural and get a more glamorous revision, sometimes it gets raised way too much with no middle ground and becomes an upturned nose I really, absolutely did not want to end up with an upturned or short-nostril-showing nose, so rather than a clinic known only for the ultimate glamorous style, I looked for a place that also had natural-looking reviews mixed in and was good at a variety of lines Among them, the director at Vibe gave the most in-depth consultation and immediately caught the nose shape I wanted, so I did it here While getting revision rhinoplasty, I wanted my overall facial features to stand out more, so I also did forehead fat grafting, and because of that, I was able to set the nasal bridge to the height I wanted in harmony with my forehead Honestly.. in the beginning, I couldn’t get used to my nose, so I kept bothering the consultant, asking whether the nose would come down once the swelling went down and whether the nasal tip was too upturned But really, everyone, I feel this again… you absolutely have to wait If the height is exactly what you want immediately after surgery or you like it right away, I actually think there’s a higher chance that as time passes, it will get lower and droop, and you’ll end up not liking it That’s how it was with my first surgery Up until week 3, I looked in the mirror a hundred times, watched tons of surgery vlogs, searched things up, got stressed, and repeated that cycle, but even that passed I only had nose surgery here, but rather than just focusing on the nose during consultation, they looked at my eyes, face shape, and all my facial features when recommending the design, and maybe because I had surgery that way, my facial features look much more balanced than before, and I think I’m satisfied My nose was on the longer side, so they said they would correct the nasal tip and make the nose look slightly shorter, and it really does look shorter than before (not upturned X) For the fat grafting, I’m scheduled to do up to a second round, but even the first round seems to have taken well I’ll write again later after the stable period passes
