Thoughts one month after nose surgery / facial fat grafting!

Before<Before surgery>After<After surgery>I had nasal bridge + hump nose + bulbous nose + nasolabial angle + facial fat grafting done. First of all, the foreign-body sensation is gradually disappearing, and now that it has been one month, the swelling feels like it has completely gone down! I was worried about what I would do if the nose swelling lasted too long, but fortunately I have been doing fine without any problems. Still, I find myself being very careful. People around me still say it looks high and sharp, but I definitely feel that my nose has come down a lot compared with when I first removed the splint. Now that the unnaturally upturned feeling is gone, when I look in the mirror, my eyes increasingly go to my nose first. People around me also say that because my nose changed, my overall impression changed completely, and they find it so fascinating. I feel that way too. When my nose was low, I used to feel like my lower face looked more protruding, but now even from my side facial line, the overall balance feels better, so I feel good every time I take photos to check my side profile haha I am carefully managing it now, hoping only that my nose does not come down any further from this state haha
