Before/after I had been under a lot of stress from dieting up to now, and it became so mentally difficult that I chose liposuction. When choosing a hospital, my priority was a place where I didn’t have to wear a compression garment, and among those, I found a director with good reviews and strong experience and visited! There were many areas I wanted, but among them, the area I most wanted to get rid of was my upper arms, so I chose my upper arms. Since the face shows even when I gain just a little weight, I also wanted to get my double chin done together.
I originally knew it was difficult to have surgery on both areas together, but I asked, so they proceeded with both on the same day. Only a week has passed, so a lot of the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, but when I visited after a week to get abdominal liposuction, the director looked and said it will go down much more, so not to worry!
They removed a lot: 1900 cc from my upper arms and 90 cc from my chin, maybe because I had more fat than others. For my upper arms, I’m still not sure about the side view, but from the front, they have definitely become much thinner. Especially the fat that stuck out to the sides has been cleaned up a lot, so overall my frame looks smaller!
