I was considering revision posterior canthoplasty, and I was also thinking about revision epicanthoplasty. I had made up my mind to get a full revision canthoplasty, so I went for a consultation. During the consultation with the director, when I said I wanted revision epicanthoplasty, they showed me photos of my eyes and explained in detail why I shouldn't do it and why it would not be aesthetically good either. They told me only exactly what was necessary. For the other area I wanted, revision lateral and lower canthoplasty, they checked the available space directly and said that about this much seemed possible. I think what made me decide on the surgery was that I was drawn to the very detailed consultation with no overtreatment. I had revision lateral and lower canthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning done together! Looking at my eyes now, I am satisfied with the results, and I really feel like I did well by listening to the director. When it comes to looking into surgery, I think it would be good to get consultations at clinics like this.
