Hehehe, after removing nasal bridge filler, I used silicone, and corrected my bulbous nose by lifting the nasal ala with septal cartilage. Before surgery, I basically had almost no nasal bridge, so I wanted the bridge to look defined when seen, but still look natural without obvious signs of surgery. Now that 3 months have passed, it has settled a lot, my nose has lifted naturally and suits my face well, so I’m very satisfied!!
