Because I had symptoms of a contracted nose, I didn't even think about other hospitals and, on a friend's recommendation, I had my consultation at Finish first When I went and asked, they said it seemed inflammation had occurred because of the mesh at the nasal tip They looked at everything overall and explained which part caused the contraction, what would need to be touched to make the shape I wanted, and I liked that they examined things specifically I wanted an elegant, defined straight-with-slight-curve line, and my bulbous nose is gone too, and they made it exactly the shape I had in mind The director strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage, and I'm glad I listened to the director They removed the silicone used previously and placed silicone again!
