I had a chin implant 10 years ago, and then I also had three-part contouring!!

I had a chin implant put in 10 years ago because my chin looked small, but as time passed, it started to feel like the chin tip was being emphasized a little separately I also have somewhat prominent cheekbones, so from the front my face didn’t feel like it flowed together naturally, and this time I wanted to fix the overall face shape rather than only the chin tip, so I started looking into contouring! When I had the consultation with Dr. Lee Ji-hyeok at ID Plastic Surgery, I mentioned the chin implant from before first, and he looked at the condition of the existing implant as well as the cheekbones, square jaw, and chin tip overall. I told him I wanted a look that was naturally refined from my original face rather than something too slim or drastically different, and he explained which areas would be best to adjust in line with that direction, so it was easy to understand In the end I went ahead with three-part contouring of the cheekbones + square jaw + chin tip, and now that the swelling has gone down to some extent, what I like most is that the overall facial proportions have been cleaned up!! As the cheekbones were refined, the feeling of the face spreading outward got reduced, and the line from the square jaw to the chin tip became smoother too. Especially before, the chin tip used to stick out a bit separately, but now it looks naturally connected from the cheekbones all the way to the chin tip, and that’s the part I’m happiest with^^ It’s not that my face changed in an overly dramatic way, but more that the parts that used to stand out from my original face have been gradually refined. Because of that, my face shape looks softer than before and my overall impression seems a little more relaxed too The remaining swelling still needs a bit more time before the final line is settled, but so far it’s the natural change I wanted, so I like it!! Since it was a surgery I’d worried about for a long time, I had a lot of concerns before deciding, but now every time I look in the mirror I can see the whole line flowing naturally, so I’m satisfied
