Lower blepharoplasty plus fat grafting seems to work well together

I was originally bothered by under-eye hollows and the sagging at the outer corner of my eyes, so overall the area around my eyes looked uneven. At first I went in thinking about lower eyelid fat repositioning, but after looking at my eyes directly, they explained that lower blepharoplasty would be more appropriate than lower eyelid fat repositioning. After the consultation, I was convinced too, so I went ahead with lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting together. It has now been 3 months since my lower blepharoplasty^^ At first the swelling was pretty significant; it stayed quite swollen until day 3, and from day 4 I could see the swelling gradually moving down toward my jawline. After the stitches were removed, the swelling around my eyes seemed to go down even faster. Right now, the swelling that had moved down to my jawline is almost completely gone, and opening and closing my eyes feels much easier than before. My daughter says the scar is now much lighter and is hard to see, and people around me also say it seems to have turned out naturally and nicely haha Having lower blepharoplasty plus fat grafting filled out the front cheeks and under-eye area evenly, so the face looks much smoother and my impression seems better too. Even my younger siblings saw how different I looked after surgery and went to consult and get procedures at the same place, so the reactions around me were very good. I still have a second round of fat grafting left, so I am looking forward to seeing how everything settles once that is done too. So from my experience, I recommend combining lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting because the synergy seems good.
