After some time passed, my nose now really feels like it belongs to my face haha At first I kept worrying a little about whether the bulbous part would spread again or whether the tip would droop, but now I hardly worry about that at all.
From the start, I did not want to think about revision surgery, so I used autologous costal cartilage too, and in the end I think that was the right choice for me.
If I think about it, I had a ton of requests before the surgery haha I absolutely did not want a long nose, I did not want my midface to look longer, I did not want alar reduction, and I asked them to make a straight-but-slightly-raised line without making the tip too pointed.
But instead of just saying yes to everything, the director adjusted things one by one to what was possible with my own nose, so I think that actually made me trust them more.
The best thing these days is that I like both the front and side views!! The hump was smoothed out nicely, and my slightly crooked nose looks much straighter than before. And the bulbous nose I was worried about was tidied up a lot without alar reduction, but the tip is not too sharp and still has a round shape, which is exactly my taste haha
Since the line from the glabella to the bridge flows naturally, it does not feel like only the nose has been made high for no reason, and it also does not give the impression that my midface looks long, so I am satisfied.
Honestly, I heard a lot that you only know how a nose surgery really turns out after time passes, so I kept watching it closely at first too. But now the shape looks stable, so I feel like it really went in the direction I wanted.
It is surgery I paid for myself, so I think it is really important to say everything you want and get the operation while adjusting it step by step with the director!! People around me also say it does not look like I only had my nose done, but that it suits my face well, so right now this is what I like best
