An acquaintance of mine works at [Clinic A] and recommended it as a place that is good at nose surgery. Since they work there, it didn’t feel like sales talk, and they said that there are many cases like mine, where people come because they’ve had fillers or don’t like the shape, and that most patients are satisfied. Hearing that they could genuinely recommend it from seeing it from the inside made me want to get a consultation for no reason. In the past I had nose fillers injected several times, so the shape had become really blunt. On top of that, I also had rhinitis, and this place happened to be a hospital that looks at both function and aesthetics. When I went to the hospital, the atmosphere was calm and nice. It was also systematically equipped with an examination room and an inpatient room. I had an inside-nose exam and a consultation with the doctor, and they said my septum was quite weak, so if the nose were raised using the septum, there would be a high chance that the nose tip would drop later. They recommended autologous costal cartilage as the safe option, so I decided on that. My current nose has a customized implant for the bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the tip, and I really like the overall nose line.. My face lacked dimension, so I wanted it to become a little more glamorous. The line came out well without being too low, right? Breathing has become much easier too, so I’m really happy.. If that was going to be the result, I think I should have looked into surgery before fillers and done it sooner haha
