After a long time of worrying and thinking it over, I had revision nose surgery, protruding-mouth correction, philtrum nose surgery, philtrum dimple surgery, alar base reduction, and dermal grafting at Onto Plastic Surgery!! My nose was very small and my skin was very thin, so it was a difficult nose to operate on. What I wanted was the most natural result possible, and to correct the part where too much of my nostrils showed from the front. I had originally wanted philtrum reduction too, but Dr. Han Jun is known for philtrum nose surgery, so after the consultation I decided on philtrum nose surgery! I am still more than satisfied with the result.. haha For an accurate comparison, I also uploaded the pre-op photo with edits and makeup! At first I was worried because there was swelling, but as time passed it became more and more natural, and now what I am happiest about is that it barely looks like I had surgery. People around me did not even know I had cosmetic surgery and just kept saying, "Why do you look so much prettier?" >.< I actually did not want a change that looked too obvious, so I think this kind of natural change was better for me. It has now been 6 months since surgery, and with the philtrum shorter I definitely look younger, and my nose has become fuller and more natural than before. Most of all, because almost no nostrils show from the front now, my impression feels much softer. And at the 6-month mark, there is no scar at all!! At first I worried the philtrum area would leave a scar, but now it is so unnoticeable that you cannot even tell where it was cut, which I am also very satisfied with. More than just changing the nose alone, having the philtrum and nose refined naturally together makes the whole impression feel different, so personally I am really satisfied! After about 6 months, it has become so natural that I even forget I had surgery.
