Nose Surgery Reviews

Male nose revision surgery, my columella and nostrils had all been ruined, but revision saved me…

Before/after/after/after I had my first nose surgery in Gangnam 5 years ago, and in the early period after surgery it was pretty okay. I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but my nasal bridge and nasal tip were higher than before surgery, so rather than fixing more and ending up with that plastic-surgery-monster look, I decided to leave it with some regrets. But nose surgery is something where the shape and height change as time passes, right? Some people don’t, but in my case they changed. Once the swelling in my nasal bridge went down, it was lower than I expected, and the nasal tip kept drooping. The columella looked like it had been cut off, and the nostrils were pointed triangular shapes, so it looked unnatural from the side and from the front. Usually after surgery and time passes, it becomes natural, right? For me it felt unnatural. If the shape had been somewhat okay but unnatural, I could have put up with it, but from the nasal bridge to the columella and nostrils, everything was not good and it looked unnatural, so I naturally ended up on the path to revision surgery. I wanted to raise the nasal bridge more and definitely correct the columella and nostrils. So I searched and searched for the place with the best-looking shapes among reviews, and chose ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ. The director is handsome and gave a good consultation lol They said my nostrils would be corrected as much as possible, but there were limits, so I thought, I guess what can’t be done can’t be done; Still, they reflected my opinions as much as possible, and I liked the shape they shaped during the consultation, so I just decided to have surgery. They said they would redo the nasal bridge, correct the bulbous nose, reinforce the columella, lower the columella, and correct the drooping nasal tip. They used silicone and autologous costal cartilage. I wanted the line to be soft, so I also talked about that part, and they said they would reflect my opinion, so I had the surgery. I don’t know how the surgery went because I was asleep, and when they woke me up, I was just groggy, with no pain. Even until I recovered and went home, there was no pain, but from the first day it felt swollen, like there was swelling, and from the next day, breathing was difficult.. Still, breathing got better once the cotton packing was removed. I didn’t do any special care after surgery, and only went when the hospital told me to come and go, got treatment, heard about the progress, and came back. I don’t know if it’s because all the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, but I’m satisfied with the improvement in the nasal tip. The height didn’t become dramatically higher than before, but this much is satisfying, and I’m satisfied that the columella that looked cut off has become plump. The nostrils also seem to have improved a lot, so I’m satisfied so far.
