My 6-year-old nose.. (it collapsed after the first surgery, so I had an A/S revision with donated costal cartilage) I didn’t have it done at a hospital specializing in rhinoplasty, and it seriously turned into a total disaster.. I regret doing it without knowing anything.
The donated costal cartilage is sticking out like that inside one nostril, so I got consultations at places known for revision surgery, but I’m an office worker and don’t have time for consultationsㅜㅜㅜ please help Please share revision reviews for the two places below, or if there are places other than these that are good at revision rhinoplasty and making a straight-with-slight-curve line, please recommend themㅠㅠ Please, please, please..
1. ㅋㄴㅍ - No consultation fee, head director - Can improve: protrusion inside the nostril, pinched nose, short nose, the dented/groove-like area just above the nasal ala - Materials: use autologous costal cartilage; they said it would be good to prepare ear cartilage too - Surgical method: lower the starting point of the nasal bridge, keep the middle as is, raise the nasal tip, widen the pinched-looking area and make it natural / provide strong support
2. ㄹㅂㄹ - No consultation fee, head director - Can improve: protrusion inside the nostril, nose line (they didn’t tell me anything besides this, and since it was my first consultation, I couldn’t ask about anything other than inside the nostrilㅠ) - Materials: costal cartilage (they said autologous and donated have different prices, so think it over and choose myself, but autologous was recommended), scalp dermis? (they said my nasal skin is thin, so it seems like it needs to be overlaid) - Surgical method: said the same as ㅋㄴㅍ. Lower the starting point of the nasal bridge, keep the middle as is, raise the nasal tip, and plan to build a strong support strut
Which of the two looks okay?? Aside from these, like I said in the intro, if there are any good places for revision rhinoplasty with a straight-with-slight-curve line, please recommend themㅠㅠㅠ I also want to visit ㄷㄴ, which seems like it could revive even a Voldemort nose, but I thought of that place as somewhere to go truly at the very end, and I excluded it because I don’t really like their lines!
