Review at week 5 after Mentor Smooth 400 cc

Before/after/after/after I had 400 cc on both sides with Mentor Smooth through an inframammary incision, and it has now been a little over 5 weeks. My current breast size is 70G based on Venus V-Fit. From the day of surgery until week 1, the upper fullness rose almost up to my clavicle, so I was a little worried, and aside from that, the pain was only occasional tingling in my right breast and arm. At week 1, I visited the hospital for a follow-up, had the stitches removed, and received something like laser treatment as postoperative care. I bought the regenerative cream sold at the hospital and applied it to the scar area and nearby areas where stretch marks seemed likely to form. Scar ointment or regenerative cream can be bought elsewhere, but based on my experience using them so far, the one I bought at the hospital was a bit expensive, but it seemed to be the most effective. From week 2, I could feel the upper fullness, which had been bulging from below the clavicle, gradually moving down to around the start of the armpit. Originally, I was supposed to visit again at week 2 for postoperative care, but the distance was too far, so I decided to receive it all together at the 1-month mark. Around week 3, there wasn't much difference from week 2, but when sleeping lying down, I had some sharp, tingling pain on the side of my right breast, and the scar area felt hard and wrinkly around it, so I worried it might be rippling. But it didn't show in photos, and by weeks 4 and 5, the hardness and wrinkling loosened up. When I visited at week 4 for follow-up observation, I asked the director about the side pain and the scar-area issue, and they said it can happen during the process of the tissue at the incision site softening, and that the hardness would also go away over time. They also gave me an injection for scar care. For postoperative care, I don't remember the names, but I had two types of treatment: a cold cooling machine and laser care. At week 5, my breasts were gradually coming together, the upper breast area also felt soft to the touch, and there was no pain when touching them. The upper fullness has not completely come down yet, the feel is not fully natural yet, and sensation has not all returned yet, but I can feel it gradually coming back, so I am really looking forward to a few months later.
