1. Epicanthal fold did not improve 2. Mucosal eversion caused by ptosis correction I want to get revision/aftercare for these two things, and for 1, I decided to get revision/aftercare with medial epicanthoplasty included too.
For 2, I believed it was swelling and waited, but I only got stressed. After looking it up, it seems that in severe cases like mine, time does not solve the problem (the right eye would be okay, but in the case of the left eye). I heard that the later you release the correction, the more adhesions form, so improvement of the eversion becomes weaker too, which is why I want to release it quickly... Because of 1, I was supposed to check the progress at the end of next month, 2 months later, and schedule a date then, but because of 2, I want to have revision surgery again as soon as possible. Today is day 33; would revision surgery after just 1 month be difficult? I’m so torn about whether I should wait one more month or strongly request it...
Also, I’m worried that the front line of my right eye seems to be settling slightly angularly because of the epicanthal fold. The left eye has two lines at the inner corner, but it looks like a gentle curve, whereas the right eye, when I look above the front part of the pupil, feels like it is settling a bit angularly...
