It has been 5 years since my nose surgery now, so I hadn’t realized it, but my nose actually changed quite a lot after surgery..?! The fact that my pre-op nose was really not great also played a partㅠ Honestly, the surgery turned out sooooo natural that I slightly regretted it, but looking at old photos, I think I chose the clinic well. Because I’ve been living well without a single side effect..
It didn’t become a pretty, high nose after surgery, but I’m going to live satisfied with this much! I hope everyone reading this also chooses a clinic well and has surgery that turns out nicely!

The clinic is Yedam Plastic Surgery in the Sinsa area (there’s no nearby stationㅠ), and I forgot the director’s name, but there is only one director. The materials used were septal cartilage + silicone. As for the cost, hmm, when I had it done 5 years ago, I think I paid about 2.8 million won, but looking these days, rhinoplasty prices have gone up a lot, right? So I assume it’s probably higher now. My surgery also wasn’t a difficult case, so I think I paid the basic price.
Anyway, I recommend going only if you want something natural.. Also, the director has a style that people either like or dislike. He’s someone with strong opinions lol For me, the cosmetic surgery style the director pursued matched mine, so we got along well~~ The consultation was also over 30 minutes 5 years ago. I don’t really know what it’s like now. And I learned during the consultation that the height can be adjusted depending on skin thickness and conditions, you know? He said that because my skin is thin, he couldn’t raise it too much if we wanted to do it safely. Still, when I look at old photos, it feels like a complete transformation lol Honestly, by chance I became friends with someone who had surgery at the same clinic, and that friend’s result is reaaaally natural too. If neither of us says anything, I don’t think people would know. I recommend this clinic only to people who want a safe, natural, small change.
Looking at this board, there seem to be many cases of surgical side effects, but for now, I’m a lucky case who has been living well for 5 years after surgery without any side effects or anything like that. And this is my opinion, but even if you have surgery with the same director, I think side effects may or may not happen depending on your own skin tissue or physical condition. Thankfully, I think my nose is one where my body accepts silicone well? lololol So I hope you really think carefully before having surgery!
