Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Looking for people who had reconstruction after side effects from excessive nostril reduction

If anyone suffered from side effects after nostril reduction, such as pressure on the nostril wings, tightness, and so on, and later had reconstruction by any method, such as widening them again or other approaches, please share hospital information. It has been 1 year and 4 months since my first surgery, and I am still suffering.. I had my columella lifted, and that area also pulled and caused suffering... Even after I had the lifting released, it feels the same, so I even suspect they may have cut tissue related to the columella without telling me, but I don't know how to prove it.. I only have a strong suspicion... If I write this, people connected to the surgical hospital will probably see it again.. but I have my own urgent problem to deal with. Still, the more I think about it, the angrier I get. They performed the surgery strangely, yet negative reviews can't be posted freely, while posts that received surgery discounts and are advertising can openly name the hospital. Where on earth is there a law like that.. In an era where you can freely post a dissatisfied review even after buying an item that costs only a few thousand won, why can't you post about surgery that costs several million won.. I hope these unreasonable clauses related to plastic surgery clinics disappear as soon as possible... Enough time has passed, but instead of getting even slightly better over time, I don't know if it's getting harder, but the tightness and pressure are driving me crazy and affecting daily life... One nostril wing is worse, and it pulls so much that on the surface of the nostril wing, there is a symptom like the skin splitting when someone suddenly gains weight... exactly like that, the skin on the nostril wing surface is splitting too... Compared with the other side, the nostril on the worse side does not have a flat nostril floor; it is concavely sunken.. I wonder how much they cut away and reduced it... There is constant pressure and tightness from not having enough tissue, and a foreign-body sensation like something is stuck inside the corner of the nostril wing where it was incised and sutured during nostril reduction... Nasal crusts also get stuck easily in the depressed area, and the nostril size is smaller compared with the other side.. It feels like the tissue inside the nasal flesh is sticking together.. Like when you blow up a balloon big and then all the air goes out, it shrivels and doesn't spread out well... I don't know if this analogy works.. It feels like the inside of the nasal flesh is shriveling, and when I use my little finger to spread the inner flesh outward, I still feel a crackling sensation... It feels like the structure of my nose has changed a lot. Sigh.. If possible, keep nose surgery simple, and I do not recommend doing multiple areas at once. I also only wanted nostril reduction, but the hospital recommended it, so I had a combined set of surgeries (minimal-incision nostril reduction, columella lifting, alar curvature correction, improvement of drooping alae), which the hospital called three-dimensional... and I really regret it.. If something is inserted into the nose, it can be removed, but once something is cut away, you can't go back~~ Anyway, even if I get scars, I have no other wish as long as reconstruction can make it so there is no physical pulling and no pressure... My life feels depressing.

Please give me any advice, hospital information, or even a clue.. I went to several recommended hospitals, but I still haven't found an expert in this field..
