I made an appointment and visited, and there was almost no wait. Without a CT scan, they only took facial photos, then I had a consultation with the director.
Lower the silicone implant Keep the nasal tip height the same / make it rounder Alar lowering -> relieve the pinched nose (asymmetrical nostrils / correction of the crooked columella not possible -> same for the nostrils from the side/profile view)
He clearly told me what was possible and what was not. You could tell from the way he spoke that he had a lot of experience. However, the explanation was not exactly kind. It felt cynical and maybe slightly like he found it bothersome,,,?
I don’t think the effect of alar lowering would be meaningful for me, so I probably won’t go.
No anesthesiologist (the director administers anesthesia directly) It’s not full sedation; he operates while you’re awake scary But then again, I did think there definitely wouldn’t be any substitute surgery.
The consultant did not pressure me to pay a deposit, and the price was in the low 10 million won range….
