One-month review + replies to questions about my same-day review

<Before!><Same day><One month>Hello hello~! Long time no see ㅎ_ㅎ After writing my same-day review, I definitely turned on comment notifications… but I checked late, so my replies on the last post were very delayed ㅠㅠ I thought it might be helpful if I wrote with a bit more care, so based on the questions I received a lot and the things I was most curious about after surgery, I’ll write in more detail! If you’re curious about anything, feel free to ask anytime!

I was asked whether [there are many restrictions on arm movement], and I think if you spend just 5 minutes a day stretching, recovery is really fast. During weeks 1-2, I used the excuse that I had no time and only worked hard when the hospital helped me, but my arms still definitely started going up more and more!

I was also asked [what condition the scars are in]. If you look at photo 3, you’ll see the scar a little! It may be hard to tell from the photo, and since it has only been a month the scar is still visible, but the doctor was very satisfied when looking at my scar! From around week 2, I attached a gel like DuoDERM to the transaxillary area for a week, and personally, this gel was something you wash and reuse, so it was really fascinating... And when I visited a few days ago, they managed the scar with a laser. This isn’t about the scar, but every time I visited, I received light therapy called SmartLux? and it was so warm and nice

I’ll also answer questions related to [daily life]! I started daily life from day 4 and started washing my hair by myself too! When I carried a slightly heavy bag back and forth, my chest felt a little tight, but other than that there was no discomfort. Around day 5, I put strength into my arm to open a heavy glass door, but it felt like too much, so I pushed and closed it with my body. But even that disappeared at some point after week 1

I had seen reviews saying that, rather than the day of surgery, the next day or days 4-7 were a bit harder, and I really agreed with that. If your circumstances allow, I recommend resting comfortably at home until day 7! But make sure to go for walks!

Around week 2, I became able to get up by myself from lying down without pain, and the swelling went down a lot too From then on, I had no pain at all

From week 3 until now, I’ve been living as if I forgot I had surgery, and I’m just hoping time passes quickly so they naturally become soft!

I’m sure everyone has a lot on their mind, but I’ll help as much as I can, and I hope you can raise your self-esteem as soon as possible like I did hehe
