Has it been 2 months and a week since I got abdominal LAMS? I think it’s been about that long, and after definitely passing the 2-month mark, I can really see that it’s gone down a lot!! I lost 3-4 inches, and my pants size changed too. I kept consistently getting aftercare as well. I did fat-dissolving injections for a month and got extracorporeal shock wave therapy? That thing, and when I did that, I could feel the tight lumps loosening up. I haven’t tried liposuction, but if I had to name the advantages of LAMS, it would be that you can move around right away afterward and that there’s less pain? Also, I think the fact that there isn’t much swelling is the biggest thing. For me, it felt like more fat came out than I expected, so I was satisfied right after doing it. After doing my abdomen, I want to do my arms too, so I’m planning to get a consultation soon lol
