I absolutely didn’t use an implant because I was worried about side effects After nasal osteotomy, I had the nasal tip cartilage tied and used ear cartilage I didn’t want a dramatic nose, so I like it moderately I had alar reduction through an external incision, but maybe because it wasn’t a nose-specialized hospital, I don’t think they sutured the nasal incision line very meticulously or delicately The stitch marks remain dark on the outside, so I want to get information on how to reduce them!!
