I asked them to make it absolutely natural so the change in my image would be minimized The line was done as a very thin in-out line that looks like an inner double eyelid, and please refer to my previous post for a detailed double eyelid surgery review~! (It’s a shame I can’t attach a video)
Because of my drooping upper eyelid skin, I had a habit of using my forehead when opening my eyes, so when I lay down to sleep at night, I would often get throbbing headaches from my forehead to my temples. Also, my eyelid skin kept pressing down on my upper eyelashes, so I was always dealing with keratitis from the eyelashes poking my eyes, but after double eyelid surgery, I was freed from all of that. Honestly, opening and closing my eyes is so comfortable... It’s a whole new world,,,!!!!!
And before double eyelid surgery, when I opened my eyes comfortably without thinking, I heard so often that I looked sleepy or blank wherever I went. Now, even when I open my eyes normally, they look clear and alert, and I love not hearing those comments anymore!!!
If there are gains, there must be losses too, right?? I have protruding eyes, so the area above my eyes was already plump, and after double eyelid surgery it became even plumper. Also, I can’t rub my eyes as freely as before because I’m worried the line might come undone?? That part feels a bit inconvenient! But that’s an issue with my habit, and functionally there’s no problem at all, so I’m very satisfied ㅎㅂㅎ
I hope the swelling doesn’t go down any more from here, and I’ll come back with another review next time!
