Before before before after after I had nose surgery on April 31: nasal bridge (silicone) + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, hump correction, and alar reduction. I got these procedures done. The reason I first wanted surgery was that even men would see my nose as typically unattractive, and because my nasal tip was low, it didn't look masculine at all. For multiple reasons, I wanted rhinoplasty. Especially when I looked at surgery reviews, I could clearly see that when the nose becomes sharper, the overall impression changes dramatically, so I wanted surgery and got nose surgery. I visited about 3 clinics and thought I should choose the one I trusted most, so I set it for April 31.
This is how my nose looks now. Unlike before surgery, the nasal bridge is higher, and from the side, now that I have a nasal tip that wasn't there before, it looks much more masculine and my facial impression looks more open. At first I wondered if the nasal tip had been raised too much, but as it gradually settles, I think the director made the height just right for my face. Especially since the hump disappeared and I now have a clean nasal bridge, my face, which looked a bit stuffy before, has become one with more defined features, so I like it. After surgery I met a lot of female friends too, and they said a lot that I definitely look more masculine and more handsome, so I'm satisfied.
