I had Hiko before, got it removed, and then had nose surgery. They said they might not be able to raise it much because my skin is thick, but they removed as much fat from my nose as possible and lifted it in a slim, refined way.. I didn’t know my nose could improve this much . They used ear cartilage and silicone, and since I don’t have any aversion to silicone, it was fine. My nose had been lifted with dissolvable threads, but they said the dissolvable threads were still there, so they removed the threads during surgery lol The hump was shaved down well and it’s totally smooth, right?
