I had it done at Husin Nonhyeon, and I’m posting this to share my experience.
*Nurse: She stabbed my freshly operated, sensitive nose really hard with tweezers, and when removing the splint, she said, “Don’t lift up, just endure it,” then ripped the splint and tape off at the same time.
My nose had just been operated on and needed to be handled carefully, but she removed it so painfully it felt like having a front tooth pulled. When I looked in the mirror, there was a wound on the bridge of my nose, and a bruise came up right away a few minutes later. Not a single word of apology ❌️ She pulled the “it can happen that the nose gets wounded when removing a splint” line.
*Manager: When I explained the situation and asked them to send the CCTV footage, they pulled the “if you don’t ask in advance, we don’t record it, and there’s no legal issue” line.
*Director: The manager hadn’t passed it on, so the director didn’t know until I told them myself, and they pulled the “what’s past is past” line.
Everyone, look carefully at name tags, and always ask them to record CCTV. You never know when, where, or what will happen to you.
