Review of my first rhinoplasty

I had consultations at a total of 4 places, and the last place I consulted with was Sugar Plastic Surgery. Honestly, I had thought about just going ahead with the 3rd place I consulted at, but if I had, I think I really would have regretted it. Before consulting at Sugar Plastic Surgery, I didn’t know there was a plastic surgery clinic this meticulous and detailed. I was recommended by an acquaintance who had surgery with Director Lee Joo-cheol at Sugar, so I had a consultation with him. First, the consultation time was almost 1 and a half hours? and even though it was the first consultation, he very meticulously designed the line and explained the plastic surgery principles? materials, etc. in detail. The conclusion is that I’m so satisfied and it’s so natural. It’s now my 3rd week after surgery (on the day I’m writing this review, it has been 20 days since surgery, and the photos were taken on day 19), and there is almost no swelling or bruising. Actually, even on the day the splint was removed when it was very slightly swollen, my family made a fuss saying it looked so natural hahaha hehe. Right after removing the splint, there was a slight yellow bruise near the nasal bridge, but it was really extremely faint, and there was so little swelling that I was surprised, thinking how can there be this little swelling!! It is absolutely not the artificial-looking nose I was most worried about, and from every angle, I got exactly the natural straight-with-slight-curve line I wanted!! It is absolutely not an upturned nose, and he created such a pretty columella line that I wondered if this kind of line was possible from my nose! I am so, so satisfied I regret why I only had the surgery now I cautiously recommend that people having their first rhinoplasty try a consultation with Director Lee Joo-cheol. I had bulbous nose correction + alar reduction + silicone nasal bridge implant + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. It absolutely does not feel like my nostrils/alar base are pinched, and it’s so natural that it feels like my original nose.
