I’ve chosen all my clinics now, but I thought the places that stood out might possibly help someone, so I came to leave a review hahaha. I couldn’t stand my stuffy-looking eyes, so I looked into double eyelid surgery plus canthoplasty. If I had my way, I would have liked to visit more places, but my schedule didn’t allow it, and although it varied by clinic, some places were busy too, so I regretfully left out the ones I really couldn’t make time for and proceeded ㅠㅠㅠ
1. Noh Sanghoon (Director Kim Joohyun) This was a place that did not recommend canthoplasty to me. Looking stuffy was just my personal concern, and they said there was almost no space in the back for canthoplasty either. So they said my impression would improve even with only double eyelid surgery using natural adhesion, and honestly I was half in doubt, but the way they designed the line and the consultation details felt trustworthy? So this was a clinic I kept on hold until the end.. It didn’t feel vague or ambiguous; there was also a firm feeling, so somehow I felt more convinced, I guess?? But in the end, I decided to do both double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty hahaha.
2. IQ (Head Director) I had heard about this place a lot in online communities and this community, so I was curious hahaha. The director and the clinic overall had a very friendly vibe. Looking at the images I brought, I heard an overall explanation about surgery, and rather than feeling like they were trying to overdo it, it felt like they would appropriately and naturally create, through surgery, an image close to the feeling I wanted?? That was good, but honestly I think because what I wanted was very clear, I didn’t choose it in the end.
3. ATOP (Director Son Seungtae) Honestly, it seemed like many people go to Director Ahn or Director Lee for eyes, but at the last minute I saw a review that tempted me, so I went for a consultation with Director Sonㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Overall, the clinic didn’t look too busy, but it didn’t feel too empty either, and the consultant was kind too, so my first impression was goodㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Honestly, the consultation with the director was the best.. When I showed this director images and explained the eyes I wanted, it somehow felt like he understood the best?? This is a subtle part to explainㅠㅠ but it really felt like he grasped my needs the best.. Honestly, I decided after seeing only one review, so there were many parts I felt anxious about, wondering if it was okay to decide like this, but I was satisfied with the reviews, and after thinking it over, I decided to do it hereㅋㅋㅋㅋ
My surgery is coming up soon. Before surgery I was going to avoid coming into this community or other online communities, but because I remember receiving a lot of help from shared information too, I’m writing this to leave a brief note... hahaha
