First of all, even though the swelling was huge for a week after surgery, I could see my face shape getting prettier lolol I didn’t tell anyone around me, so nobody knows I had facial contouring Once the swelling goes down a little more, I think no one will know haha lol
At the 2-week mark, I had the intraoral stitches and everything removed, and it got a bit easier, but it’s true that I’m still a little uncomfortable because of the intraoral scar and scar tissue at the sideburn scars Still, for a face shape with no bad angles, this much is nothing lolol

When I woke up, I was in the inpatient room My head was dizzy from general anesthesia, but the surgical sites didn’t hurt (thinking about it now, it was probably because of the pain-control injection)
Next day - Discharged at 1 p.m. Went home with bandages wrapped all around, face feeling like it would burst lol
Day 2 - Swelling was at its maximum in the morning, had a headache, and my condition was the worst It hurt when the medication wore off, so I took Tylenol. I rinsed my mouth well
Day 3 - While sleeping, my tonsil area hurt so much that I woke up at dawn. On my jaw, I removed the tape by myself. My face became square-square SpongeBob lolol Sensation gradually came back, so the surgical sites felt itchy and warm From the evening, the swelling suddenly started going down
Day 4 - My throat hurt so much like tonsillitis that I woke up every dawn From this point, for a few days, my routine became waking up at dawn, taking medicine, and sleeping again, so I missed the doctor call in the morning Yesterday I had so much fat under my chin, but today some of the chin fat was gone and I became even more square
Day 5 - The throat pain at dawn disappeared
Day 6 - I somehow bumped my sideburn area a little, and it kept aching for a while. From this point, I washed my face with foam
Day 7 - From the morning, the swelling suddenly dropped a lot
Day 8 - Went to the hospital and had the sideburn stitches removed. Maybe because of the antibiotics, I had green watery diarrhea From this point, I started wearing the compression band (the treatment teacher was so kind)
Week 2 - Went to the hospital and had the intraoral stitches removed. Felt like I could live a bit more haha. Up to now, I’m wearing the compression band well and recovering haha
