I don’t have to wear compression garments, and I can go about daily life from the day of the procedure, so I think that’s great! Even on the day I got LAMS, it was just a bit stiff? It only felt like muscle soreness, and even the next day, I don’t think there was any particular discomfort with daily life, except that at night the areas where the fat was extracted were itchy..?
Bruising probably varies by person, but for me, it all disappeared after about 2 weeks lol It’s week 3 since I had unlimited abdominal LAMS, so there is still swelling and inflammation left, meaning it’s not the final result yet, but I can increasingly feel the difference, you know?
